Services
APS investigates allegations of elder abuse and represents the victim to ensure their safety and well-being. Contact an APS worker in the appropriate county if there is suspected physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, or exploitation, neglect or abandonment of a dependent adult.

- Elderly Homeowner/Renter Credit
All Montana Department of Revenue forms can be found here.
The 2EC form is for the elderly homeowner/renter credit which reimburses part to all of your property tax and can be filed for 5 years previous. Collect one form for any of the previous 5 years that you would be eligible.

- USDA Rural Development Rural Housing Service – Montana Offices
This program provides assistance for home ownership, home maintenance and rehabilitation, and rental assistance for low-income citizens in rural areas. In Montana, all areas are considered rural except those areas within the city limits of Billings, Butte, Bozeman, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula.
