Here's why I love working at Rocky

Rocky's Head Start program gave me and my child a sense of security when my life was anything but stable.  They gave her a ride, fed her, nurtured her, brought her back home and for me, that was one less thing to worry about.  I work at Rocky to give back; to hopefully give to some other single mom what they gave to me 16 years ago.

I also work at Rocky because to me they represent the two greatest assets we have; senior citizens and children.  In one building, we care for both ends of the population that sometimes, in society, fall between the cracks.  The elderly have lost their worth and the children have yet to come into theirs.  But at Rocky, we give them both diginity, respect and a safe, nuturing environment.  I LOVE knowing I'm part of that.
