What is available as a low-income rental appartment/affordable housing through RMDC Inc.? RMDC Inc.'s affordable housing program's mission is to provide the communities we serve with safe, clean, pleasant, affordable housing. Begun in 1999, the affordable housing program has constructed or renovated and now manages several multi-family projects for the communities we serve. RMDC has developed a High School House Construction Program in partnership with Helena School District Number 1, and has worked in partnership with State, County, City and other community organizations and buisnesses to develop solutions to community housing needs.
