Board of Directors
RMDC is governed by an 18 member board of directors. The board’s composition reflects federal requirements for community action agencies. CAAs are required to have a tripartite board consisting of equal parts of local private sector, public sector, and low-income community representatives. This structure brings together community leaders from each of these groups in order to shape RMDC’s response to community need.

Ordinarily, RMDC’s board meets the third Thursday of each month at 3:30 pm in the Neighborhood Center Card Room.
