Rocky Mountain Development Council (RMDC) has been working in south-central Montana communities since 1965, touching thousands of lives through programs such as the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP), Head Start, Foster Grandparents, Meals on Wheels, Senior Centers, Affordable Housing and many more. Rocky's commitment is to improving quality of life, especially for low income members of our communities. Most of RMDC's Programs are located in Lewis & Clark, Jefferson, and Broadwater counties. However, you'll find some of Rocky's programs providing service in as many as 15 counties, carrying out RMDC's mission of improving lives and strengthening communities. If You Have a Question about human services and resources available in your community, chances are you can find the answer through RMDC - and when we don't have the answer, we can point you in the right direction.
