Helena Area Kids Management Authority

Helena Area Kids Management Authority (KMA) servers youth with a mental health diagnosis and their families. The youth must be at risk for an out-of-home placement and currently receiving services from multiple agencies.

The KMA Community teams are volunteeres that include parents, mental health professionals, school personnel, faith-based organizations, and others interested in our community youth. Community teams meet monthly to identify and create community resources, develop policies and procedures, and find ways to work collaboratively to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

The KMA Individual Care Coordination teams are comprised of individuals identified by the family of a specific youth. The teams designs a unified and comprehensive wrap-around plan that encompasses the needs established by the family.
