Senior Meals

The Senior Nutrition Program provides a nutritious noontime meal, along with socialization, Monday through Friday in the following cities:

• Helena
• Augusta
• Lincoln
• Townsend
• Whitehall

East Helena serves meals on Wednesday and Friday. Meals are held in each community's senior center. There is a minimum suggested donation for meals and the only requirement is that individuals be 60 or older. Each year, about 50,000 meals are served in community Senior Centers to approximately 1,000 individuals through RMDC's Senior Nutrition Programs.
