Head Start Thanks - January 15, 2009
RMDC Head Start, which provides services to preschool-age children and their families of low income, extends gratitude to individuals and organizations in Helena and East Helena who sponsored families for Christmas. Specifically we thank our business partners, Mountain West Bank, Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Helena Kiwanis Club, and Children's Safety Bureau. These organizations along with private donors and responses from the IR's Empty Stocking article delighted more than 200 families in one way or another this Christmas. We continue to be touched by the generosity of our communities.
