What is Available for Low-Income Rental Apartments and Affordable Housing Through RMDC?

The mission of RMDC's Affordable Housing Program is to provide communities we serve with safe, clean, pleasant, affordable housing. Begun in 1999, the Affordable Housing Program has constructed or renovated and now manages server multi-family projects for the communities we serve.

RMDC has developed a High School House Construction Program in partnership with Helena School District #1, and has worked in partnership with State, County, City, and other community organizations and businesses to develop solutions to community housing needs.
