 are both delicious!\n\nMenu:  \nGrilled Choice Montana Tri Tip – Marinated
  herbed garlic pepper rub encrusted tri tip\, carved to order and served w
 ith a Huckleberry Shiraz Reduction.  \n\nCupid’s Brie and Pear Stuffed Chi
 cken—Chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of shallots\,     Prosciutto ha
 m\, arugula and Brie cheese\, topped with more Brie cheese\, baked to gold
 en brown and topped with a creamy Sage Butter Cream Sauce.  \n\nBoth Main 
 dishes will also have a Twice Baked Potato\, Sautéed Green Beans with cran
 berries & toasted almonds\, shrimp cocktail\, a fresh green salad\, dinner
  roll\, and the dessert will be Caramel Pretzel Fudge Brownie with Vanilla
