 ior Nutrition Program offers low-income seniors\, is a food box through th
 e Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Every two months\, we distri
 bute boxes consisting of a combination of dry cereals\, shelf-stable milk\
 , canned fruits and vegetables\, pasta\, canned meat (beef\, chicken\, or 
 tuna)\, juices and an array of other essential food items. These products 
 help our client's supplement their monthly nutrition needs\, and thus aid 
 with their expenses of essential daily living.\n\nLarge pallets of food ar
 e delivered to a warehouse. We need your help to sort and package these it
 ems into single client allotments so they can be delivered to the seniors 
 who need them.\n\nThis is a PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB. Volunteers must be a
 ble to lift at least 25 lbs. and should be comfortable standing/working on
  cement floors in a warehouse. That being said\, you can get a great worko
 ut while helping seniors! This is an unheated/uncooled warehouse\, so plea
 se keep this in mind if you are interested in helping. Depending on the se
 ason\, dressing in layers is a good idea. There are 3 time-slots:\n\nThurs
 day\, July 22 - 8:15 am-12:30 pm and 12:30 pm-4:45 pm\n\nFriday\, July 23 
 - 8:15 am-12:30 pm \n\n***Please bring a drink and snack if desired.\nPlea
