Join us for a special presentation about the importance of hydration and staying active, brought to us by nursing students from Carroll College.

No matter the age, the importance of staying active and properly hydrated cannot be understated! If you've felt sluggish, struggled with headaches, afternoon fatigue, body cramps, or digestive issues, it's likely that your body is asking you for more hydration, or physical activity, or both. Join us for a presentation on the importance of hydration and physical activity. Students from Carroll College's Nursing Program will provide evidence-based tips on staying hydrated, happy, and healthy!
