Rocky's Energy Services is comprised of the following:

LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIEAP) and LOW INCOME HOME WATER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHWAP)

The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) provides assistance with heating costs incurred between October 1 and April 30 in qualified households.  The Low Income Home Water Assistance program (LIHWAP) works in concert with the long-standing LIEWAP program to provide cost offsets for swer and water bills and covers some past-due balances and late fees on qualifying public sewer and water accounts.

WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (WAP)

Weatherization is an energy conservation program designed to reduce the home-heating costs in LIEAP and LIHWAP eligible households.

ENERGY SHARE

Energy Share is a private non-profit that helps individuals and families through energy emergencies by paying all or a portion of past due heating bills.
