Rocky Board of Directors

Rocky is governed by a 15-member board of directors.  The board’s composition reflects federal requirements for community action agencies.  CAAs are required to have a tripartite board consisting of one third public officials,  one third individuals representing low income organizations in the area, and the remaining one third representative of civic, professional, business, industry, labor, religious, welfare, education, or other group within the service area. This structure brings together community leaders from each of these groups in order to shape Rocky’s response to community need. Ordinarily, Rocky's Board meets the last Thursday of each month at 3:30 pm in the Neighborhood Center Card Room.
