Rocky Mountain Development Council, Inc. offers a three-part Homebuyer Education Class from May 27 to May 29. The three sessions will run from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. To receive certification, attendance of three sessions is required.
WHAT IS THE HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS FOR?
Homebuyer Education classes provide in-depth information on many aspects of homeownership, including:
- Budgeting
- Finding a home
- Choosing a lender/closing on a loan
- Homeowner’s Insurance
- Home inspection & maintenance
- Energy savings
* Please note that class registration is nonrefundable. Registration also requires a 60-minute intake/counseling appointment before class.
