Success Stories

KIND WORDS

“A comprehensive review of everything you need to know as you embark on the journey to homeownership.  I now feel empowered and confident to start this process.  Most importantly, I think, I now know who to call, what questions to ask, and how to get all the information I would need to move forward with buying a house.  This class put all of the moving pieces of the home buying process in one convenient package.  I would recommend to anyone!”  – Valerie

“Before the class, the whole process seemed very murky and intimidating.  Now I have a much better idea of how it works with lenders, agents, title and insurance.  I feel more informed and more empowered as a buyer.”  – Rhonda

"Valerie & Beth with Lewis and Clark county present on water quality, air quality, superfund sites etc.  I followed up with a gal who took class last year,  She ended up finding out she was exposed to toxic levels of metals after a miscarriage in a rental that was unsafe.  She ended up moving and now has a beautiful baby girl named Amelie.  This was a huge health concern for their family .  Valerie took our class several years ago and has been so instrumental in getting info out there. Huge thanks to Valerie and Beth. "

"Lance Holmes DNVGL- I saved over $100 using the energy audit- thank you!  I know many more of our applicants will benefit from this also! "

"Jeanne Massey -the restoration piece is so valuable, and it's a bonus that you used to be an insurance agent."

"Josh Pierson, with Above it All Inspections, always has great useful information on the process and what to expect during the inspection.  Also thank you for giving discounts to people who attend HBE!"

"Tyler Honaker with Goosehead Insurance -your presentation is great for our clients-Several commented that they learned something new."
