In 2022, Rocky received its first estate gift. A former employee of Rocky left $25,000 to the Meals on Wheels program. Rocky plans to use these funds - and more - to purchase a new van for Meals on Wheels delivery. While most meals are delivered by volunteers, we have one very long route that is handled by an employee. Rocky uses a 2009 GMC Savannah van for delivering Meals on Wheels to our customers in East Helena and the Helena Valley. Last year, Kurt, our employee, provided 9,851 meals to seniors and drove about 325 miles per week. We are hard at work writing grants for the remaining funds needed, but we need your help.
