Evidence Based Classes
Rocky's Agency on Aging offers a variety of sessions free to the public. These sessions include Welcome to Medicare, Educational Classes, and more. For information on classes contact Michele at mmathot@rmdc.net or by phone at (406) 441-3985.
Taught by certified instructors from Rocky's Agency on Aging, the upcoming evidence-based class Stepping On will be held in the Card Room of the Helena Senior Center, April 17 - June 5, from 11:30 am - 1:30 p.m.
